Sounds like it's going to be a bit if a wasteland soon. Glad we sold out.Looks like Ishq and Wondersushi are probably gone too. KFC last one standing on the bay side
You could go for something more interactive then. Something like an Arcade, strike bowling etc to make it a location to bring kids to.
It's a good place to do the grocery shopping for everyone east of about Caringbah. Has Aldi, Woolies, Dan Murphys Baker's Delight Panetta and Priceline.
Other options are:
Cronulla Mall - tiny grocery stores and **** parking.
Woolies Caringbah- older, more central to Caringbah, different variety. Hate the parking there.
Coles Caringbah - closed, being redeveloped.
IGA Taren Point- expensive. But good parking and quality product.
I actually think it's the best all round option if you have a car, and I think people are catching on.
Also there's children's sports on the fields around, which makes it convenient.
So it can get foot traffic. It just doesn't work for the current food options- probably as someone said above, they are a bit tucked out of the way. They get the view but not the traffic.
General economic conditions suck for that upper end take away/ low end dining. It costs an arm and a leg at the moment for not much.
Yeah they went for a strange mix initially. So many new custom food places, and most of them not very connected to local area, or doing much to market themselves.look, the club if it does its business right will be fine because in the end, those places are about attracting the big gamblers.
so its whoever is running the club and how effective they are.
as to the food options there
you need the common denominator, mcdonalds and kfc and subway etc.
I doubt there's a Leagues Club in NSW that doesn't have pokies. 100% we'll have them.Did the club sign off on allowing Pokies in the leagues club? Can't remember anyone posting on here with an update there.
Reddit +2Thanks mate. If you have any floor plans etc - could you send them to me? Love looking at this ****.Yeah they will be on the left as you walk in. Some of the below would be out-of-date, but gives the basic plan.

No way they'll generate as much as the pokies in Fairfelid.Based on recent Sydney and NSW data, a leagues club operating 200 poker machines can expect a significant, multi-million dollar net profit annually, likely falling in the range of
$15 million to over $25 million+ in net revenue per year (before corporate tax and tax concessions).
This high figure is driven by the fact that Sydney clubs, particularly in high-density areas like Canterbury-Bankstown or Fairfield, are among the most profitable in the world, with revenue per machine trending upwards.

Estimated Earnings Breakdown
- Average Daily Net Profit Per Machine (Clubs): Analysis of NSW Club data suggests an average net profit (player losses) per club machine, with high-performing clubs in Sydney often exceeding $200-$300+ per machine daily.
- Annual Calculation (Conservative/Moderate): 200 machines

365 days = ~$18.25 million annually.- High Performance Scenario: If the club is highly popular (similar to top-tier Sydney leagues clubs), figures could exceed $25 million+ in annual net gaming revenue.
