There's a massive empty space at the end of KFC all boarded up - I saw through an open door in the corridor around the back
Not sure what they will do there?

Is that where the kids indoor play area was? I saw they had a DA earlier this year to convert that into two food outlets

That area was the site office for the builder during the final stages of construction last year.

yes theres a kids open play area with the fake grass - behind that

its all gutted open space - huge - nothing in it. only saw that two weeks ago

Possibly that’s where the temporary Sharks office will go then. We are moving the office somewhere in the building

The Sharks office is already there next to where the Chinese place was or are you talking about something different

I hope something becomes of that Chinese joint sooner rather than later. Place is turning into a ghost town.

They should defn look to make that the corporate section during game day and get rid of the temporary marquee - gives sponsors a better set up and will increase ground capacity a bit.

Yeah would be an amazing corporate area. They'd be able to charge a hefty fee you'd have to think.

It would be though I did previously say it lol

When I was up there with the old boys the view of the ground looked great and could link nicely with chairman’s and so on

I like the Christmas Carols idea, but I think it's too early (Dec 6)? And hard to get people to pay when there are free events around. Hopefully it goes ok though.

Yeah worth a go but not sure it's a great venue for that type of thing. Hopefully it's a success.

Great venue for it.

Set the stage up on the hill and everyone sits on the grass. Market stalls around the southern end of the field
Or just leave the dirt out there and have Santa singing Jingle Bells on a dirt bike. Great event.
