Wondering who’s opening up In there. Stayed at Quest for the knights game and went to those shops and it was dead quiet with multiple empty retail spots.

The fact the Sharks are moving premises even though there’s atleast 4 or 5 empty ones suggest the new retailer specifically wanted that one - so either they didn’t want a bigger premise like the Sharks are moving too or they want to combine stores.

The food options are pretty bad there so hopefully it’s a food joint but probably not

Probably sell Candles and dream catchers

Yeah the Sharks premise looks only marginally bigger (assuming this is the right one "next to UFC"), so I am guessing they want to combine stores on the other side.

As a side note, that Baker's Delight is an odd one... the staff always seem a bit shocked that you want to order bread And the upsell approach I don't like

Apparently Priceline pharmacy want to move closer to Woolworths to get more foot traffic so they are combining some stores including the sharks store to be big enough for them.
