I think it was first bought up on one of the footy shows.

The reason was:

* The turn around. - (from the last couple of years)
* The self belief that the players now show.
* Achieving his main goal (top 8).
* Boosting Club moral.

They were some of the things the were discussed, probably a few more as well.
