the sg ball will again be very competitive, if we can go as good as the record breaking 2010 we are laughing, sharks minor premiers in 2011, i'd like to see that

The 2011 junior rep's draw isn't out yet, the story goes that the NSWRL only wants clubs who have a team in the NSW Cup to be able to play SG Ball or Mattys Cup next year.

Clubs like St. George and Illawarra don't have NSW Cup teams, so there is a hold up on the draw coming out, we want those teams in the junior reps, coz its any easy 2 points (lol), so who know what going on??

the mattys team have a trial against penrith this arvo out at st. mary's and the ball get it on tomz, again at st. mary's v penthers too

The NSWRL junior rep season kicks off with round 1 on Saturday 19 th Febuary 2011 - thats all i know guys and gals

Thanks for that our_footy. A bit of early footy for those of us who are starved.

we got smashed in canberra last week
good news about the raiders by the way, i think they will be allowed to play in the mattys & sg ball cup this year, there is a final meeting at nswrl in phillips st now, the word is they will be playing, so the junior reps draw will alter slightly

the sharks played the mighty bulldogs on monday nite in the 2nd last trial, both sides got hammered but both sides show early promise, the sg ball side should be thereabouts come finals time

here is a link to the sharks v bulldogs action foto gallery

not sure if i saw it in these forums, but reece davidson (son of les) is out of the sharks sg ball side for the year, he should be ok to play for de la in a couple months

Do you check for birth certificates for the Bulldogs players? Some look like they should be playing under 21's.

Expecting big things from our SG Ball team this year.

in the matts there were no real stand outs but the hooker went well and so did the fullback
in the ball nesi matitonga (fullback), michael lichaa (hooker/half), sione masima(2nd row) were dangerous in attack and i couldn't fault the defense from anyone. was rock solid!!
