Yep, always great to see a player translate performances over into FG NRL, knew he was good but wasn't expecting such a excellent display first game up in firsts

Didn't Sorenson score a try or make a very similar looking break and run in the trials? This guy will get heaps of confidence from tonight. Very promising.

Made 2 similar breaks up the middle against Manly in the Trial at Shark Park - all of them he embarrassed the opposition but yesterdays run was incredible

Strange though that a good player has a bad game and people put him out to pasture.

Nobody expects man of the match type performances every week from a fringe first grader

Kurt was the most explosive, a bit Fifita-like, had a few errors in him but one of my all-time favourite players. Dane was the reliable, mistake free tackling machine with a good offload.

Yeah - even before the try he was playing well. I think he got penalised in the first few minutes for a flop but was spot on all day after that. Very handy depth player.
