Fans meme on Sione for sideways but ignore all the metres he makes and an actual line break and offload on occasion.

Fans want to see Stoney in space but he doesn't seem able to make his own like our other outside backs

Sam has heart and can do good things in defense and in the air but coming out of our end he is not doing enough for our sets
 
he'll get there he's the perfect apprentice. he needs to watch what warbrick does but atleast its some toughening up

He’s going to keep getting targeted because he doesn’t offer any threat in creating his own space. He needs to get it spoon fed to him

Thankfully he has gotten way better under the highball so he’s improving which is good

Another off seasons and hope he can develop the physicality that matches his size as he’s not small
 
His returns are as weak as piss. He generally drops a couple. No fan tbh
 
The try and take from the drop out are what gives me hope. However, he's very little chance of beating tackles, and is getting folded repeatedly. Another preseason or two should really help him in these areas, and give him more chance to use his speed.

He's got something, just not what we've been used to with strong yardage carries.

He's here on a cheap deal long term. If it works out, we'll be laughing. If not he'll be fine depth on the wing.

It's been harder to watch with Iro/Ramien/Ronaldo missing. Pair him with those 3 and it hurts much less because they are all so good at it.

I feel someone like Ronnie is better at lowering his shoulder into first contact and pushing through/bumping off a first defender. Stoney just runs hard and upright getting smashed.
