Only played 19 mins on the weekend... did he get injured, or was he hooked?

Probably neither. He almost always plays one stint of 11-19 minutes and then a shorter one (or two) later on. He played 24 minutes consecutively last week, which was above average for him, and against the Tigers in Round 5 he came on at 20-0 and played the last 28 straight. Other than those two games he never plays more than 19 minutes consecutively (sometimes much less).

It was 22 minutes total btw. He came on and played a 3 minute stint at the end, which suggests he wasn't injured.

Yeh that was strange. We brought troops on (well at least Hunt) with only a few minutes remaining.

I thought they should have come on with 15 to go. We needed some punch as we got on that roll.

Good game from big Roycey

If Talkai's the bar fridge Hunt is the full family size, delivered on one of these wheel trolley things and then let go down the hill

Decent, but I hoped that he'd be blasting by now.

Lost momentum with the injuries and babies etc last year.

I thought he went OK but I was screaming at the TV late in the second half. He got the ball from a drop out and deadset jogged 20m to the defensive line. I just want to see him sprinting at the defence.

yeah just want him to him a little more pace in the run up.
a guy of that size running off the back fence is awesome.
even if nothing comes of the crash play, on the line gets the defence in a ****.

I don't mind royce, he's come a long way

miss BHU atm - when he's fired up.

His running overall was actually better than some other weeks but agree with your reaction to that incident . He had just made a run & didn't seem excited about having to run again so soon .

dont forget he is starting to get more minutes now - his fitness might still be playing a bit of catch up

The game after Bunty steamrolled off the back fence into the teeth of the panthers.

Big contact, bounced defensive line and himself both back.

Then three of them grabbed him flat footed and dominated him in tackle for a slow play the ball.

A bit surprised there's no love for Hunt tonight. Having the two big boppers up front hammered the Storm early.
He's surprisingly mobile too... And was still moving well in defence late in the game. This bloke can handle a starting spot and bigger minutes without doubt

Yeah having him and BHU in the team makes us a completely different team, all of a sudden we have decent impact.

surprised he only ran 46 metres for 7 runs
strong tackling for sure

cam Mcinnes was good too
Hunt certainly had a better game tonight but thought Fifita was great in the early exchanges & then BHU showed just how much we have missed him .
