I think the Gold Coast are forced to do this for every home game given the huge crowds they attract.

We will definitely be there and my Dad will be coming up from Nowra as well. Only issue for me is that we have to drive down and back on the Sunday (as the husband has to work on Saturday night) and since its Fathers Day I have volunteered (very begrudgingly) to make the ultimate sacrifice and be designated driver!!! Hopefully we win or I will be extra grumpy!

yeah i may possibly doing the same if deathmoth goes away on saturday night. ill cruise down sunday then home again. trip home is usually quick enough, but getting through the city etc through the day can be a bit tricky, especially in the rig i drive

I will of course be there. Planted beautifully in between Littleshark and Ev. Couldn't think of a better way to spend father's day. First up breakfast with family at the new Bridge restaurant in Woronora, then church and then off to the game.
I would nothing better than to beat this bunch of so and so's. REally cannot stand them in any way shape of form.
For those going, I wondered if a nice meeting place might be the new area they've cordoned off now on the ET stand side of the field just before you go into the family hill area. They have 10 gallon drums set up as tables with stools to enjoy a beer at. Not a bad view of the field as well but could be a good place to meet a few Forum people (yes, I'm looking at you JimBob) before the game starts.
I would nothing better than to beat this bunch of so and so's. REally cannot stand them in any way shape of form.

i usually crash at deathmoths place after the game and get up at 4am to drive home, but since i have to work next monday ill just drive home. But you are right, by Bula you are knackered and sick of driving

Yeah we stay at my sisters in Cronulla but always have such a big night we can't leave til late morning/lunch time.

How longs it take you from taree. From maitland anything under 2.5 hours is a good run, can take 4 hours if the traffics bad though.

Usually 3 1/4 to deathys place in petersame. Say 45 min to stadium. Depends on traffic though.
