Good to see the sharks trying to be pro active kids under 14 free.

Not interested in singling out individual player performances

End of the day we need a coach and a good one, willing to be honest and accept there are long overdue changes required in both our mental approach to games, our attacking and defensive structures, our post game analysis and video sessions and our training regime. Maybe Flanno 2014 is that man, maybe he is not.

Our team issues run much deeper than arguments over who wears the number 7 and plays at FB. Until then we are just shuffling deck chairs on the titanic

Very disappointing,had money on that game, as soon as I noted in second half we were against the breeze and needed a good kickung game and chase, I knew we were gone.Fifita was good but not enough others.

Agree with this. This is where imo a complete overhaul of the coaching staff is needed.

Yep spot on, and we need to take a good look at the front office . That's where it all starts.. What has been happening this year most of us could see it comming, except some of our Board and well paid football staff.

Holmes now has to play , in fact all the young guys, Wrong Wright has to go since Smith left for the Knights apart from Gal we have no Mongrel and no respect from opposing packs.

We really need some tough hard barstaff forwards who can match with , Parra ,Souths , Easts, Cows,Worriers bla bla . Our old guys we paid top money for are mostly injury prone and their best appears to be passed them.

Again would say we need a 1/2fs Coach to bring on our young talent...... Like Johns.. I know the ASADA thing (that never ends) has really Killed us.. But our lack of planning, recruitment, has really been dismal/pathetic.
