Absolutely ripped off. Again. No chance of making the 8 if you ask me.

Who were we ripped off by ? We won the penalties 8- 3 or something like that we had 40 odd tackles inside their 20 , the only people ripped off were the spectators by another inept performance by a team that has pretended to be potential semi finalists all year

No it didnt. It bounced like 2 cms shy of the 10, then forward. It was the right call

Agreed right in front of me - it was a correct call by the linesman - he copped a lot of abuse for making the right call by some very poor sports of sharks fans

aaaggghhh, for ****s sake, what's going on there...panthers, parra, roosters, raiders, lucky we won a few games early otherwise we'd be chasing the spoon.

Had we won those games we would have been shooting for the minor premiership

I thought we were extremely lucky not to be penalised when Jez kicked the ball out of Mansours hands, just before we scored with 3 to go. I reckon I've seen 50 of those be penalised this year. Everyone wants their team to win but you have to be honest and we got the rub of the green just as much as they did

just watched the press conference on NRL.com. Flanno makes the point, regardless of the ****ty decision we should've been able to hold them out.

my official verdict: bunch of ******s

How many beers have you had at this game? You were right in front of it you say? Check this vision and if you are still drunk do it when you are sober because by this vision it did not go 10. It drops behind the red line clearly and the linesman was in absolutely poor position to see. For you to come here and say it went the 10 is just a farce. These officials get all the crucial decisions wrong.

2 minutes 13 seconds. It really troubles me that there are people that say they saw something and they didn't, and for Harrigan to come out and say "it is the right decision" when it is clearly wrong is a disgrace. He should be sacked. That did not go the 10 and it is a penalty.

C'mon Hayseed , I think A Snowden may have answered it below however I disagree that it floated 10 metres forward - I'll also place a caveat that I did not know that the ball couldnt bounce before the 10- however it went over the touchline outside the 10 metre line .

Well if you're rule interpretation is correct - lets see Cronulla make a LOT of noise about it in the press a la a Hasler

During the play the refs called to the players that it is ok if the ball floats past the 10 in the air.

How much marijuana have you smoked? Float past the 10 is ok is it? Nice call. Go read a rule book.

Stop whinging about the refs. Makes me sick to hear people banging on about it.
We could and should have won that. Our right hand defense was rubbish all night.
We were getting owned up the middle of the field. We had a heap of quality ball inside their 50.
Yes we missed some key players but other than Pom that was our normal backline. There are major issues there.
Degois played 11 minutes in the second half WTF?????
We are a team that has over achieved this year but that effort was not much better than last week.
We can still make the 8 but that is a massive achievement for us.
Our expectations have increased this year but in all fairness we are doing well to make the 8.
Stop blaming refs who make mistakes. We lost that game for ourselves.
We will hopefully get gal and carney back next week. We need to address our backline for 2013.
Until then be happy with any win we get, pray for a top 8 finish and enjoy not coming last.
Remember we were predicted to come last.

Our attack is just ****. We don't ask enough questions. That's why we are losing these games. Robson has to go. He has nothing except a dummy, a grubber and the inside ball. Is there something wrong with a ****ing bomb Robson you goose. We got control back in the second half then lost it through poor last tackle kicks. FFS put a bomb up, it's a lottery, you might even score.

This whole grinding them down percentage style footy has got to go. If you don't execute it perfectly teams just shut you down and then make you pay.

The team has not adjusted to the time of the year. Rounds 18 to 26 is a whole different ball game to rounds 1-10. Teams are playing a lot more football. Teams below you are desperate and have to win whilst the top teams really start to shine. I'd be interested to see our points scored over the last 8 rounds. I reckon we would be last.

If they call this a "controversial" decision it will be rubbish. If this was Bob Fulton he would be warming up the cement truck. The club needs to make some noise but it is too late. Rub of the green, where is it? This can be freeze framed to show it didn't go the 10. It's a damn disgrace and Harrigan's comments make it worse, his refs are never wrong according to him.

I hate to say it, but i never thought for a second we had that game won, even when the commentators declared it in the 78th. It did go 10... it's just typical Sharky luck. I think we only failed to complete 3 sets the whole game, but just very little spark. Tough to be a fan of this club year out, but i'll never change. Thanks again State of Origin for ruining our season.
