Thankfully this is a day game!

This should be a very interesting game. Yes they have the best attack in the comp but they also have the second worst defence. They've also been disappointing at home.

The biggest question of the day will be who Ev supports? Won't be an easy decision I'm sure.

Just having a look at the ladder and this is a pretty important game. They are currently 2 points behind us. We win we go 4 points clear of them. We lose and they join us on 20 points but they have a better for and against.

Williams out with a pec injury certainly works in our favour

It does Tiger, without us taking for granted how good or under rated their pommy dummy half if we should be all over Austin like a rash, Austin will have to take on more of a directional role, we shut him down & keep an eye on their 9 & it will go a long way to knocking them off.

Our forwards really need to muscle up in this week & don't let them march down field with their hit ups.

3 teams I hate us playing, Manly, Storm and Canberra. I know their defence is not top notch, but the Raiders have many nimble and quick guys that can cause plenty of damage in no time if our own defence is not on the ball. Can put 30+ on a team no worries. It doesn't matter how many star players leave the club, they always seem to be able to maintain an adventurous attacking culture. Got to respect them for that.

Yep we can't take our foot off the gas. If we can stay committed through the whole game like we did yesterday we should take the biscuits.

If we'd scored a few more tries yesterday I'd be confident on this one. But despite our win I think there are still some issues with our attack. From 20 metres out we still look like we have no clue.

But if our senior guys fire and Barba plays more than 30 mins then we're a good chance.
I thought Wade was strong yesterday but I wish he'd run forwards once he busts through. He always seems to get swung around and he's then running backwards trying to regain his balance. Inevitably he either falls over, loses the ball or throws a pass to his support which doesn't reach the mark.

My early prediction is that they will beat us down there but if we can improve 20% on yesterday then we might be a chance.

My mostly negative mindset for our season changed a few weeks ago (during the Newcastle game). I think we'll win this game and go on to make the 8.

Play direct 20m out is my call, those short balls from Ennis have worked a treat. Like the Lewis followed by Gal then Lewis try. Simple simple stuff worked of late

Don't be surprised to see Fifita bag a try like he did last week against Manly. He was also a big reason why Lewis scored his try yesterday. I've seen him a few times out on the edge when we are in the opposition 20
