I get it.
I just don’t like the way he drops onto Garner after putting him into touch here…….

Massive play and love the passion and determination but that last bit just isn’t necessary and detractors from all the other great things he does do.
Nothing in it. Ron got the upper hand in that battle & just made sure Garner knew it.

It's meant to be uncomfortable out there for your opposition - give em hell all day.

Spot on WS. The referees notice it too. It may not be enough for them to give a penalty against him but they'll remember it next time he does something that is not quite right. He won't be on a level playing field then, he'll be a target for the refs like Fifs is.
Those ********s are a lottery. Just as likely to get pinged for nothing.

But I concede I'm my view of his niggle seems the minority take. As long as he backs it up I'll keep cheering it by myself.

All good to be able to disagree.
It’s a public forum for discussion after all!

Not sure if it just me but I thought Ronnie looked really thin yesterday - perhaps due to his illness. But he didn't seem to be bulked up, seemed a bit underfed. Still played well but really thought he needed a good feed or two.

thought the same, there was a photo on one of the sports websites and his jersey looked a size to big for him

it's the super league jersey's , they are naturally 2 rings over sized from factory . Even Wade looked only mildly over weight on the weekend

Fortunately we didn't make enough line breaks for getting tackled by the jersey to be an issue

Mulitalo is a very underrated player when he is at his best, hoping he stays with us for a few years yet. Watching the match yesterday & the highlights, is it just me or do himself & Hynes seem to know each others' games quite well now. They seem to be making a very good combo this year. 3-4 times Mulitalo has scored a try in the corner where Hynes just throws a well timed ball out over the top straight to him without even looking. A few times too we've made an early break with Hynes to Mulitalo on the wing & Ronaldo just does another easy pass on the inside for Hynes to score himself backing up.

Yes Hynes has put Ronnie into space down the touchline plenty of times this year

Does anyone remember Ronnie absolutely wacking someone in a tackle in defense or am I thinking of another Sharks player?

Ronnies fit and firing, looks stronger than ever, going well

same.
but his pass was on the money.
good pick up by R from talakai.
That pass was amazing. He passed it at a patch of grass. The onus was on Ronnie to run into open space to catch it.

If the pass was actually at Ronnie he would have been tackled. Good stuff.

I hope the same "clicking" happens on the other side with Katoa too.
