royce didnt show mongrel though
he showed he is a ****ing idiot who is like a fish to a worm
So mongrel is aggression but only when you want it, that same player should just let themselves be pushed over by their opposition number?
If he'd managed to get a good punch away (difficult when you are being held and the guy you want to hit is keeping his distance) would that make it mongrel?
I'm just trying to get a clear definition of what mongrel is that is supposedly the main thing we are missing.
As I said, it always seems to be something intangible that belongs to the best players in the position.
Would JFH or JWH let Horse push them to the ground and then just scurry back to the defensive line with their tail between their legs?
Yeah he got baited, then missed his punch, then we conceded, then he got binned. Awful series of events for us/him.
Can't have our players just being thrown around in back play though either.
Maybe don't lump different people's opinions into one argument bort, might help.
He didn't enforce anything but pressure on our defensive line.
I literally said I am seeing mixed messages. Not sure how saying people are saying different things equals lumping opinions together.
So that didn't help at all, but appreciate the thought.
He (attempted) to enforce our team not being pushed around.
