The Sharks had similar ideas so they got his name on a contract for last season.
Khan showed Sattler's judgement was correct after only a few games in Sydney, but he got himself in hot water with the club and was suspended. He decided to stay with the Sharks because they were prepared to give him another chance for the '76 season.
A tearaway type of player who wouldn't know how to take a backward step, Khan has the ability to go a long way in the game. He may be 16st but has the agility of players much lighter than himself in attack.
