They have a gun young edge back rower on the bench so don’t be surprised if Josh starts there - then moves into the middle ..
Ah is that where that bloke plays, seen his name a few times but don’t know his game.

I'm thinking of bringing in Hughes for Cleary. I like the draw and that Munster should be back. Those two, Grant and Paps should cause a fair bit of trouble

Use my second trade this week for Arthars to Curran?
(Trade 1 was Fermor to Blaize Talagi)

Arthars run coming up Storm, Dolphins, Raiders, Tigers, so although reliant on tries with Walsh expected back next week he can probably keep scoring most weeks and gain some more cash. Current BE is 47 though, so likely stalls and is a non-play this week.

The aim for Curran would be to be able to play him as my 3rd/rotation FRF in the future. If he doesn't get dual so be it, he's okay as a 2RF.
Would join Flegler and May in my FRF, although through VFifita I can still use him in 2RF when needed.

Curran BE 43 507k
Av 58.5, 3 round Av 60.7

Comps
De Belin 597k (dual)
Av 58.8, 3 round Av 64.3

Barnett 579k (dual)
Av 54, 3 round Av 53

Cotter 552k (dual)
Av 53.3, 3 round Av 55.7

Jurbo 526k (dual)
Av 49, 3 round Av 49.7

Tapine 606k
Av 55.8, 3 round Av 54.7

King 551k
Av 54.5, 3 round Av 57.7

Not very exciting trade but should give me Flegler, May, Curran to not have to worry about FRF again (except round 14 when two of them have a bye together, but oh well)

My moves this week are all around CTWs. The best cashies and high-ceiling guns seem to be there at the moment. I'm going to keep burning some trades to make cash there for the likes of Val/Garrick/Hammer.

I've gone Tuapiki, Iro and Arthurs out for Olam, Talagi and Manu. If Schiller gets his 3rd game next week I may cash out Strange or even Olam if it looks like just the one big price rise. It's lots of burning moves, but I'm going to back the big guns I started with in Hynes/Cleary/Ponga/Turbo and just keep them in for now to save trades there.

Yeah I'm holding those 4

Trades look good. I'm torn on Manu, missing him on 22 ****ed me (Av 76), so I got him nice an early 23 and he was mid (Av 64).
He's sat in the middle at the moment haha

Schiller def one to keep an eye on if he does look like holding spot, or BE low enough 1 week will make a stack (he probably will play again some stage).

The roosters were all off last year. I just think this year he looks good, and more importantly for SC, selfish. He's getting heaps involved and running the ball. Every chance in this form Teddy plays origin again too so it will be a nice lead in to getting Manu at fullback. Plus he's down on his starting price, leading into a game v the dogs.

Also I like Curran, but I'd be tempted to wait a week to see if he gets the dual. If he doesn't, it's a pretty mid trade in as he's already made a fair bit of cash.

He’s about 100k undervalued still but any longer and that’s gone.
I think this week named 2RF might increase risk of him not getting FRF too much.

So I either hold or upgrade Arthars as a CTW (or I go Jolliffe via Burbo then VFifita, but think his role still not concrete enough either)

Yeah if he goes well on the edge he could still make some good cash. Could you use that trade to bring someone else in to make that 100k though? May not score as well I guess.

What are you all doing for your halves? Anyone having to deal with Galvin?

I'm going with an AE for the week at halfback. Not trading out Nicho or Cleary. I've got Brown at 5/8 so will just carry Galvin too.

Yeah if he doesn't get dual it's not awful but definitely mediocre.
I think 2RF this week hurting his chances of getting FRF puts me off. But now I most likely won't get him even if he does dual.

So I could hold the trade, I don't mind doing that
or Arthars to
- Olakau'atu (688k, 73 average, 60 BE, 11% owners)
- Manu (647k, 68.8 average, 43 BE, 6% owners)
- Olam (423k, 82.5 average, -40 BE, 2% owners)

I think Ola probably a bit too pricey especially given he is also a SOO risk.
Manu decent for reasons outlined above, just has ****ed me two years in a row already haha
Olam I'd probably go if Galvin wasn't out. Will still make really good money but not sure how that will impact him next two weeks - if he goes back close to base only (31) he only makes 75-85k with scores of 35 to 40.

Hutcho is my starting 7 this week.
Traded cleary and Piakura out last week for Val and Dom Young, hopefully Dom makes me some cash until nate is healthy but him and hutch cover me to bring Cleary back in

That's bold, Cotton. I'm trying to decide just how much the trade is worth.

If there was a juicy enough target I’d probably trade but wanting Cleary back asap means it’s two trades in short succession.

It’s like Chad or Sezer to make money. Hughes or SJ for scores.

Neither of those is worth two trades over taking an AE for 1 week (I think)

How long do you get to play Cleary for before origin? I'm thinking if it's a few weeks and I need a replacement anyway, I'm not actually burning any trades.

Round 13 would be the origin affected round.
So he should still play 7 8 9 10 11 12 before origin.

If you went someone like SJ they’d played this week next week plus all those, he also would miss 13 with a bye though.

If not picked origin Hynes will play round 13

Origin is during Rd14 so if he comes back after the bye it's 6 games potentially

Round 14 is the backing up/minor bye round I believe
I guess could consider origin as during that but all origin players miss 13 (I believe)
