At this stage it appears the game is going ahead and with the bubble in affect, it probably should unless the government steps in.

Looks like Katoa is going to have to bide his time which is a bit harsh considering how important his finishing is for us. But I acknowledge that it’s hard to change a winning team. So basically unchanged for us. Brisbane’s team is basically unrecognisable these days, we should be good enough to beat them up there but they are due one of their rare games where everything just clicks for them. Our guys go up there with a good attitude and no complacency (please, I’m begging you) then there’s no reason why they can’t come back with two more points in the bank.

I do think they are a better team with Oates on one of their wings, and Staggs back is a huge boost, but really that side is terrible and we should be finding a way to win this at all costs.

Can’t be rocking up thinking we have already won it, but I really can’t see many points in their spine

It is imo, and not just finishing. His work coming out of his own end is probably the best of any 3/4 this year.

just hope we don't switch off
starts are always crucial up at Suncorp. need to start well.
from memory, few years back we dropped it off the kick off and it was all over from there

Ronnie to have a blinder and media will say, "shame he didn't play for QLD!!"

Bizarrely I’m less confident about this game than the previous 4 games which ended up being wins. Just hope broncos stay sihht for at least one more week.

This might make things interesting. Although it might also work against us.
You know…..” Cronullified”

“Karmichael Hunt tore his calf, Ben Te’o tore his calf and Albert Kelly tore his hamstring, and Brendan Piakura damaged his ankle.

“Three of these four players would have been in the side for Sunday when they take on the Sharks.

“What the side looks like come Sunday, we’ll know a bit more as lockdown continues but not great news for the Broncos. Four injured last Sunday.”

I can't see this game going ahead with all the Covid stuff and if it does, I think we will lose.

It's just the Cronulla way.

Go on a winning streak, come up against a **** team and lose.
