Tough game for Crazy Matt this one given how much he loves the Eels :glasses-cool:

They've been a bit off the last few weeks so we might be getting them at a good time.

In saying that, if they do turn up our defence is going to be tested big time.

Looks like Duges and Ramienm back which is massive.

I'd also be punting Nikora for Talakai.

We got this, If Duges and Ramien are back we can go back to our original Bench with Talakai, Rudolf and Hunt. Those three have given so much impact.

Or like HB Move Talakai to Nikora edge and swap.

Was more worried last week then this for some odd reason.

Huge test for our middles. Paulo, RCG and brown have been just about the best combo this year. Huge test all round really. We failed the penrith one, need to show up here.

we are definite underdogs for this clash.
parramatta will be filthy the dogs almost got close to them.

they will be primed and ready. smells of that panthers game.
only hope we can lift for the occasion this time; such a huge test as parramatta are on fire this season.

I reckon we'll get fisted

Tend to agree, the wins we’ve had pretty much all season are what you’d expect, ie, teams we should beat, or in Manly’s case or that game, they were even more under strength than us, we have made hard work of games we shouldn’t have & lost games we shouldn’t have.

There is a massive gulf between the genuine contenders & the teams who are hoping to scrape into the eight, after that, there’s the next rung of teams who are no chance of making the 8, imo, we fall into the middle batch of no chance & hoping to make the 8.

i think i like the Toby / Hunt / Talakei grunt bench for this one.

And Wade needs to test out Matterson big time...

IMO, we weren't ready for a test like penrith, but we will be ready for Parramatta

we have a style of attack that they can't handle

our bench gives us a great advantage in this

if we are on from the start, we can win this and give parra a real headache

years gone by, we never won the games that we were supposed to, and now we **** on ourselves for winning them? its only the dogs? parra only beat them by 2.
its only the titans? roosters beat them by 6. only the warriors? flogged the day lights off them, they just beat wests and lost to the roosters by 8

we will be more prepared now, i think we underestimated just how good this penrith team is, but as we are gaining momentum, parra have lost a lot of their motion and are ripe for the picking

Our pack can dominate Parra. The starters and bench are very tough. Underrated big time.

Wish the Dogs hadn't given them a challenge so they came at us in cruise control.

Lane is gunna have a field day popping offloads out of Nikora tackles (if he even makes them), think Talakai would be good for this match up, cut the lanky bastard in half and also put some fear in Gutho attacking that side.

Their meters and offloads will put too much pressure on our goal line D I'm afraid so we need to try and win the possession battle, whoever spends more time in opponents half likely to win.

Fergo will be itching for a try but they usually swing it fast to the left and try get the 3 on 2 same as Broncos beat us with a few times so Ramien will need to be awake and make some good decisions.
