Yep it was on the Sharkcast last week. Good news if true. Some games are better than none, even at limited capacity. We hardly ever fill the place anyway.

We get what, 12-13 home games a year? Take away those three that’s nine. If they are looking at limiting home games I wonder if more of them will be moved. Maybe one to Adelaide or Perth again or another country town? I’d be 100% on board with that seeing as Shark Park wouldn’t be 100% finished yet, especially after the success of the Coffs Harbour game. I’d be delighted if the club went back there again next year.

I'd even look to move more than 3 games regionally. As a season ticker holder I know I'd rather go to 7 or 8 games at Shark Park than 11 at Kogarah. And to be honest I can't make all the games generally, and I'm sure alot of people are the same.

If we have 7 or 8 games at Shark Park and it's costed appropriately then I'd be all in for that. Knowing there's less games to attend I'd make more of an attempt to get to them also. I know the club will potentially lose money but they probably make money on those regional games.

The following year we go back to 11 games at Shark park, got a nice shiny Leagues club for pre and post game drinks and a ideally a squad to challenge for top 4 once Fitz has been there a year.

if we sell merch like we did on the weekend and have positive community outreach
building the brand, for which attracted me to the Sharks (and ET)
I'm all for some regional hit ups.

Sorry TS, but there is no way that Woods was the 3rd best player on the field on Sunday.

Both Kennedy and Ramien are 2 that quickly come to mind that played better games.

A third name would have put the argument to bed...

Haha, yeah I see where you’re going with that.
I meant apart from SJ and Moylan who already picked up possies 1 & 2.

My post was along the lines of 3rd should have been either of Kennedy or Ramien

Sooooo……….
3. SJ
2. Moylan
1. Kennedy or Ramien

Meaning that there was no room for Woods in the 3-2-1’s and he was way down the list.

The thing is, those players looked good because the forwards played so well. No forward domination, no good game for the backs. Forwards definitely earned points. Probably the 3 and the 2 rather than the 1, but at least someone from the pack got some recognition.

I get you, all good mate :)

Hard to go past Williams. Any time the opposition forwards looked like getting up any steam, Jack seemed to shut it down
