Imho we have had a less than formidable Forward pack out on the Park, most of the time he's been here. I'm not convinced AFB can totally change that, but it sure should help the halves.

wouldn’t want it any other way tbh..

He’s had the media, the club, the coach and some one eyed fans froth over him at the start despite the flakiness which he then leveraged to get an upgraded deal worth a million a season.. fair play to him but he needs to pay that back though

Needs some tough, winning, big game performances when things aren’t always going our way
Winning that Dally M in his 1st year with us and becoming 1 of the nation’s sweethearts was the worst thing to happen for him and us. Dally M is really just the NRL’s prom queen – a popularity contest. He showed he can ride the wave when everything is going great but without fairies kissing his dick he comes up short too often.

Not taking anything away from him he had a cracker season but Munster and Cleary had better seasons..

Cleary missed out due to suspension

As we’ve seen Dally M judges aren’t very on point…3 Dally M votes to Hynes is like the go to vote

He had a great season, but definitely showed his negative traits as he started to get found out.

We depended on him waaaay too much.

I wouldnt say we depended on him, but he is a front foot player. Fast play the balls and all that with retreating defence, he carves them apart, his combinations with Nikora and Ramien are brilliant when theres something on.

Theres a huge issue with us when our forwards arent giving us any momentum, as much as we all love Tall Tom, have you ever seen a player take longer to play the ball?

Even the top teams are on the back foot at times. Its what the halves do in that time that makes a difference.
Nicho doesn't know what to do. He starts forcing the issue and ****s things up even more.

Agree to disagree in regards to the dependency of Nicho.

I definitely agree with you on Tall Tom, very slow PTB.

With Trindall and Brailey stepping up this year, there has definitely been a shift.

But when Nicho is off, we're off.
I reckon Tricky will move to a new level again, meaning we don’t need to rely on Nicho as much. This will be a good thing for both Nicho and the team in general
