Official Newtown Jets + Sharks Pathways 2026

Just finished watching this one. Disappointing loss tbh. Few unlucky calls in particular the first try to Melbourne, but the game was still there to be won.

Thought Faitilii was immense in his minutes. Ison, Dixon and Jones mostly very good too. Wilson started the game well too, not sure about Ford at 9. Big mins for McCullough but a bit of a mixed bag. Very involved as a link man though.

Gabrael scored a nice try, but bombed another and got binned with 5 or so to go.
I didn't watch yesterday. Catching up now. That first Storm try FMD how do the ref and touchie miss the knock on there?

Hosking still missing :(

Went off with 10 to go in round 16 against the Roosters and hasn't played since. Didn't appear to have any injury in that game.

Hromow also missing for Flegg (replaced by Watman).

Curran on extended bench for Flegg.

Pirates yet to be named.

Sharks Flegg up 12-0. First try a routine backline try to Gray.

Second try a 45 metre solo effort by Cacciotti from dummy-half.

12-4. Taper failed to find touch from a penalty. Knights cross over from backline shape play.

Beer Footy Food festival today. 3:30pm kick off

Thanks, yeah I didn’t see it, just know you mentioned he got sin binned late
Niwhai put in a grubber and a storm player went down to the ground to collect it. MG came in from the side, hit the guy and he dropped the ball. Red called it a high tackle - ans there was likely some contact - but the bloke was on the deck and fair game.

The sin bin I think was because the guy got up and grabbed MG so he pushed him in the face with an open hand.

Thanks, bit of a worry if he’s injured again then. Even though still young

Yeah. Has been in and out a bit and still playing with the knee strapped.

I'm still not convinced he is a walk up start for the NRL next year. I think right now Jones is better.
