LG Mermaid Milena is one of eight finalists for the 2009 Big League Cheergirl of the Year, with Sharks fans encouraged to support the talented 18-year-old with their vote.

While the NRL and Toyota Cup teams are both out of finals contention for 2009, one particular Shark is in line for what would be a noteworthy victory with LG Mermaid Milena a finalist in the Big League Cheergirl of the Year competition.

The 18-year-old Milena is one of eight finalists from across the 16 NRL clubs, with the girl receiving the highest number of votes to win the coveted title.

The winner of the Cheergirl of the Year will receive a $2,000 gift voucher thanks to GoDo.com.au and she will also grace the cover of next week's edition of Big League.

Everybody who votes goes into the draw to win tickets to the NRL Grand Final, including flights and accomodation.

No our sharks girl kicked her out. As much as i loved the sharks the Raiders girl was by far the best out there and it sucks she is gone. At the moment the titans and warriors ones are best

Agreed. Although I find the Titans cheerleading outfit to be real ugly. But at least the girl wearing it isn't.
