Just got an email telling me two of the items I chose are no longer in stock. Both were going to be stocking stuffers for the kids but no chance of them arriving anyway. Lol. What a mess.

Asked me to chose something else in lieu, but it’s all rubbish. Just noticed they are charging $42 for a shitty little plastic lunchbox. Hilarious.

Paid extra on my original order for a couple of extra items, so requested a refund as opposed to choosing something else. Wish me luck.
This seems to be the trend among Aussie companies.

I know a couple of other swimming related brands gone on Black Friday and pre-Christmas sale but they had limited stock and have nothing left now. There is still Boxing Day sales to come. Why wouldn't they order more stock and be prepared?

Members who haven't used their "credits " need to start complaining now if " worthwhile " stuff is our of stock .

Whilst you may end up getting your credit put back on the account for ordered items subsequently advised as being "out of stock items " remember the credits expire so the club will be assuming members will just buy up the crap available in order to use their credit before the club has any thoughts of restocking.

We need members to start demanding " credits " that can be used on the merchandising store not just the 3rd party Mber system .

A lower value credit useable on the overpriced store merchandise will be better that an inflated credit useable only on the Mber system crap .

Mine was processed on the 14th, but the most recent update from Australia Post was "Shipping information approved by Australia Post" that same day...

Well I’ll stop complaining… they have cash refunded me the $8 for the out of stock item I ordered, as well as given me $50 credit for the mber+ items, as well as free shipping for any extra items I order. Sounds like there was a ‘system error’ on the mber+ end.

How long should it take to receive the Mber+ Portal login details? Paid for my membership on Christmas day, though still haven't received anything (I understand public holidays/business days etc). Would've thought this would be automatic.

Not unreasonable to expect it would be automatic but Mber is a separate system to the membership system so suspect holiday season impacting your portal details . Would expect things to start happening by next Monday 9th at latest so give membership team a call then .

Yeah figured if not they'd send an email detailing there would be a delay due to the Christmas break but maybe that should be assumed haha all good, cheers!

Just renewed mine, bit later this time.

I'm assuming they send me a link to the members portal in a few days time?
