It shows after you login and click the start/commence/whatever button

It just says 0 credit at check out ?

You're made to do that before you start when you follow the email link.

Credit should appear when you log in.

It appears, but is as useful as a 12 inch dick on a priest.

I haven't gone into this yet and quite frankly I'm a little scared to!

Surely they would get some idea that something doesn't work well by the number of phone calls they are getting to say there are problems.

So the big question is, are they trying to fix it?

Or do they just not give a ****?

I heard a few weeks back that due to the WC not all players would be returning to training pre-Christmas so something similar to last year planned post Christmas when all players available .

Got it sorted when they finally contacted me after a week and 3 Karen’d out emails. My order was still hidden away with my original cart still in my profile. Was able to process and sorted.

Hopefully rolls out better next year. But would be so much better to be able to use the credit on a jersey/decent merch. I got the adult backpack, bottle opener, stubby holder, lapel pin and a few stocking stuffers for the kids. End of the day a better pack than any previous year by a long shot.

Membership has become too complicated, not just NRL but AFL too.

Just get back to basics, pay your membership, get your tickets (if it's ticketed), priority finals tickets, collect your keyring and be done with it.

It's moved too far from what membership is meant to be.

I blame pet memberships for bringing the rest of this crap.

I'm happy for the folks that pay the big $$ to get the perks, but the rest of us should just be basic, think back to the early 2010's
