Does anyone know if this is how it works to choose items - cap etc - or did I dream it up ?
Yep , that is what the emails indicated .

" Benefits of our new membership program can be viewed here. One of the great features this year is the ability to design your own Member pack! With over 50 products to choose from, you are sure to find a Sharks Member benefit item to display proudly at school, work or of course, game day. After you renew with the Black, White and Blue, keep an eye out on your emails for more information. "

The online portal didn't work for me to renew, said I had no previous membership despite holding the same seat for years. One of the team got it sorted over the phone easily though which was pleasing.

Got the auto renew taken straight out of the bank account which was an unpleasant surprise.

That's kinda how it works - what were you expecting? They don't send you a warning - just opt out of auto-renew for future

They sent me a warning, I had till a certain date before auto renewal kicked in. Few days later they took the money out.

Was pretty easy

Interesting that the auto-renewal happens just before the draw is released... I'm sure some would base their membership on it

Yeah I reckon if you have a young family and are forking out for multiple seats in the ET Upper, you'd want to know.

At least this year the same seat renewal period finishes tomorrow afternoon, after the draw is released (though no real way of knowing that in advance). So if you didn’t auto renew then you have a day to manually renew.

I signed up to some novelty 3 game pass at the end of the year and it wasn't explained that it will roll over. Oh well, they just ****ed themselves out of a full season membership

ah yea that would annoy me if it wasn't made clear. I thought they sorted that out years ago so that it defaults to not auto-renwal and you have to opt it. It stung me once too

Anyone tried to build their membership packs with the email that came out today? Website is a **** show. Only allows you to purchase items, can’t work out how to build my pack.

Sent an email to the one they mention to get in touch if any issues, and get a send failure.

I think the way it works is you get a dollar amount credit to 'buy' items for your pack. You can remove the standard stuff to get the full amount for whatever you choose.

Overly confusing? Yes. Items you want all cost $1 more then the credit you get? You betcha.

Yeah pretty confusing. You first have to go to the Entitlements page, and then click each one and either add it to cart or opt-out. In my case the names are all mismatched (adults/juniors), so not sure how that will go. A "Select all Entitlements" button would be helpful.

I still think the idea is great though, and plenty of the items are good value.

How is it that you have $60 Credit and you order under $60 including Tax and delivery that you still need to enter credit card details ?

Gotcha. This is how I had assumed it would be working, but when I first logged in I had $0.00 credit. Checked again just now and it’s updated to $60.

Good idea, poorly executed.
