Official Mawene Hiroti

I've got a feeling Hannay might turn them around.

I know, I know, I have to get off the drugs.

From a Roster mgmt perspective he seems to be making some smart moves cleaning up some bad contracts.

Recruitment is going to be interesting and if he’ll be able to get any big names , but he has worked with the qld squads for a bit

I feel he will take the Fitz approach rather than Cheque Book Flanno.

Titans did everything they could to get him this season, we rejected their request.

Would have been crazy to let him go early, and it would be doing him any favours either
I can understand our stance, plus, we probably have him on a club friendly contract so what are we likely to get for that sort of money?
It’d be a down grade for us for sure, that said, if there was a way to help him out & get him there early I’d hope the club would be open to all sorts of swaps or trades.

He’s been pretty good the past few seasons & if it meant him getting to the Titans early to start his better value contract good luck to him.

Retrospective now but for the sort of money he would’ve commanded, I would’ve kept Hiroti and punted Ramien. So solid when he comes in to play for us

This guy should absolutely destroy his opponent here he is up against a half playing his first ever game starting at centre

So far so good, he’s been solid

Our whole back 4 were pretty ordinary.

Hiroti tried hard but wasn't as good as he's been in the past. I'm not holding one game against him.

Replying to your Stonestreet post here.

Hiroti is decent player, but I wouldn't be expecting a lot from him.
He occasionally has a good game in him, but there's a reason he's never secured a first grade spot.

I would say the same about Billy Burns tbh too. Good squad player but very much a weak link in defence
