one shouldnt blame the ref. BUT we had no hope, in the first half, souths get a penalty every time they were on their own line. we score. should of been a penalty try, but no.we get head highed, do we get a penalty, no.
i suppose it makes betta press if souths win, and if we win, well big deal, not exciting.
i know im wrong but it was like we were playing against a protected species.
i give up. lets talk 2008

this loss erks me even more than last week.....we have nothing in attack.....and no decisions can go our way...countless times we've been in the position souths found themeselves in during the last 10 mintues, the only difference being we would have lost it. we cant creat miracle plays towards the end, like so many teams have done against us.

im bloody sick of loosing close bloody games. I am fuming. How can Luke Covell go from kicking like 15 in a row to 0-3. I could have kicked some of those that he missed. It always comes back to the goalkicking.

i dont bother gettin upset when the refs are appointed games anymore. they are all crap. the NRL needs to have a look at itself referee wise, because for a professional sports league, its pathetic

Agree 100% I try not to blame the ref and look at it from a fair point of view but I really could not believe what I was watching. The blatant favourtisim to rabbits was out of control. Not only penalties but how bout when we passed out wide through Ciraldo and Brown picks it up and he finds a knock on. Did I miss something ? Even Freeman was commenting on the ref.

The ref was a joke! Gave Souths soft penalties, and we recieved nothing. That Bird head high was a joke Birds arm hit Dykes' arm. Penalty to Souths! Then Vagana head highs 1 of our players I forget now cos Im so frustrated and nothing just "movement"!

It was previewed as a two teams that were good in defence,but struggled to score points.well on todays performance there was only 1 team that struggled to score points,that had nothing in attack(as usual) had one of the so called "marquee" halfbacks that offered NOTHING with his kicking game&made stupid,stupid,decisions&tries went begging& a 5/8th who may as well not have been out there.Give me a break! So are the Sharks this year any different under Ricky--NO!!! Same as every other year.Souths had more desire&if can ever get that we may be a threat in this comp.

hey at least wiz was able to make comments about the ref, so often the commentators protect the ref and sit on the fence about a decison.......some one likes us at least...too bad in the scheme of the games outcome he didnt count
