Thought he had a pretty good game (other than the play the ball error which lead to the Tigers first try).

1 try
1 try assist (nice kick on the run)
5 tackle breaks
100+ m

Agree. Was much more involved compared to last week (which was the first time he's ever played on the wing).

He played really well I thought. Good luck tackling him if you aren't in a solid d line

It was ugly but it was clean. Faced the opposition try line, lifted the ball, placed it down, made a genuine attempt with the foot and maintained his balance. The ball wasn't on it's belly so it was wonky but its legal.

Also their 1st try was no try. Not even close. I'm not even sure it found the line after the obvious double movement.

But **** it its 2022 NRL, forget rules, just don't do anything that looks bad.

Double movement seems to have gone out the window this year.

NRL rule book footnote (last page).

Rule 7567
Subsection 425 Z/19-186 (fine print)

The Rules (as outlined in the previous pages of this book) are a guide (only) in which the NRL and its officials can change, fudge, manipulate and bend in accordance to the NRL’s current agenda in order to manufacture desirable outcomes

A hell of a lot more confident than last week. Seems to avoid contact a little but he's probably just looking for a gap.

pretty much(y)
fitz said pre game something about Trindall and dykes training together for a full week - he'd expect them to settle into the spine
same with miller too; another test for him next week against a stronger opponent than WT

Does Miller play next week?
Sifa back, Ika to wing, Miller to 18?

How nice is it to have squad depth that can come in a do a job for us
Yep. With Toby’s potential sideline stint, we still have Dale to front row, Sifa to 2nd row, AF, Tolman all as potential cover.
Dykes filling in nicely for WK so far
Miller for CT and SK
Ika for Sifa and TC
Trindall for MM

We could also use Metcalf (but won’t)

Great depth.

Well Miller was named ahead of Ikavalu for this week, just both ended up getting a run.

Presumably Tracey back next week
Miller was good against the Tigers last night but definitely hope Tracey is back against Manly because we need his line bending runs in the early tackles which Miller doesn't give us.
