Here's something that I've been working on to display key rings etc.
You get these frames from any junk shop etc, they usually have some sort of decoration or theme in them.
All I did was remove the contents and paint the back part in the hoop design.
As you can see these type of frames have depth so are easy to display key rings etc.. and are a hell of a lot cheaper than getting one made up.
They come in all different sizes so just keep an eye out for one that suits you.
With hanging your key rings maybe use small srcews or small hooks in the back board to hang them from.
