I'd say the coach is responsible, but why do we need to blame anyone? There is more than one way to win footy games, and why try to play like the Souths, Easts or Melbourne when the guys in our spine positions are such different players to those teams? If Bomber is any good he is building the structure around the cattle he's got rather than watching Bellamy's greatest hits DVDs.

Usually makes decent meters when he does run (but never gets the penalty) but we have way better players than him to be running the ball.
Coach is a factor, but why would he push Jayden to run more when it's not really a particularly good strength of his.

If we can get a quick play the ball I'd like to see him run it instead of dishing it off to Gal or Chad.
Generally when he goes it's a good choice, quite often he is unlucky not to get a penalty.
But it's not often I've seen a play and thought 'should have run then' , occasionally, but not often.
Not like he is dead last on the list, he's 15th, ahead of Reed, JMK, Api & a heap of other players.
If you go down he's pretty much on par 'per game' with a heap of other hookers too.
Drops down to 21st overall on average with 3 per game but only 7 players are doing 5 or more per game.
Might be leading the ineffective tackle list but often getting there and slowing them down is still a good contribution even if you don't get the job done.
He's not top 50 for missed tackles, unlike Chad (48th), Briton (37th) & Capes (11th). If you sort by average Wade actually appears at 42nd.
Nikora is high on ineffective AND missed.
