If You Were The Coach, What Would You Do?

Now this question can be in regards to ANYTHING regarding team selection, coaching staff, signings or sackings/dropping players.
I just want to start off with, what would you do if you were coach:

A.)Would you put Barba to fullback, Gordon to wing/centre and keep Val on the wing with Murphy moving into the 6?

B.)Would you keep Gordon at fullback and Barba at 6?

C.)Would you put Holmes to fullback with Gordon to the wing and Barba stays at 6?

Those are only a few of the options and feel free to come up with your own or completely ignore this question and come up your own team selections.

Its actually a pretty tough choice and i struggle to come up with an answer between A and C

I drop Gordon to start - at 31 he is not getting any better with age where as Holmes will. So Holmes to fullback.

My wingers are Feki and gagan (even though he is a little rusty) because they are the best we have.

My centres are Bird and Beale - Although Ricky has not done much wrong he is not as good as Beale.

Halves are Barba and Murphy - again Robson has done nothing wrong and is playing good football but at 31 he isn't the future. I need to know now if Murphy has more to his game then being a reverse grader.

Forward pack is pretty good but I am telling them all to do what the halves tell them to and to stay out of the ball playing - offloads are ok.

A fifita is getting a rocket and getting told to run straight and hard till he doesn't make an error then I will let him go the fend again.

And the captain gets free reign on taking the 2 or not.

It's not easy .
But if Flanno grew some nuts and used this opportunity to play Murphy at 6 this weekend and he goes well enough to stay a fulltime half , the rest would sort itself out .
I think the better question provided Murphy goes well is , who are the best 7 backs in the club .

Barba , Feki , Bird , Holmes, Gagan , Murphy , Beale , (are my 7 ) Gordan (I'm having trouble dropping Gordan , as even though Flash let that try in , his run to score the disallowed try was class . )

I agree , although Gordan could probably be in our best 7 backs .

Gordon should be dropped IMO. Is prone to mistakes from kicks and is the least creative fullback in the comp.

barba/holmes are better at fullback, feki/holmes/gagan are better wingers, he wouldn't handle the defence at centre
