Peru knocked off a second string Scotland side 2-0 but looked very very poor doing it with both goals pretty damn lucky. I’m feeling slightly more confident heading into the Cup.

I'd be happy with us scoring a goal in the Cup in all seriousness.

Yeah my expectations are at rock bottom, but it did give me a glimmer of hope watching Peru bumbling their way to a win over a second string Scotland side. Maybe we can jag a point who knows.

Matildas vs Italy 1st game of the Womens WC, atrocious defending, 2-1 loss final 10 seconds but defended with way too high line, we were lucky not to lose 3, 4-1 against a team lower ranked. Shattering but only 1st game.

The new coach has come in and tried to change something that was working in far too short a space of time
He is the reason they lost last night and him alone
Football Australia have a lot to answer for cause since this fraud was gifted the top job I've never witnessed a bigger decline in style of play
The girls were so good to watch under staj and now they look like a park team

Looking forward to the Women’s Final. More specifically the American goal celebrations. After the British themed sipping tea celebration, I’m looking forward to the Dutch themed Finger in the Dyke celebration.....

Kevin Muscat is set to replace Ange at Yokahama. If there is any club and manager with a more extreme of a difference in attitudes and culture, I am yet to see it. This will either be a revelation, or it will be one of the funniest things we’ve ever seen.

Apparently Spain just beat Italy to book a place in the Nations League final. Anyone else already forget the Nations League was a thing?

Yep, playoffs here we come……. Probably UAE in the first one, then Uruguay in the second one at this stage. Both of which are better then us.
Would be pretty ordinary missing the world cup in our zone, wouldn't it?
