I don't really have an issue with the drink prices BUT I have a major issue with the lack of choice. I hate VB but hate paying full prices for mid-strength beer even more. I also want to know why we no longer have any can stalls around the place? Even if they had to pour it into the plastic cup atleast it reduced the line up times.

When my dad starting taking me to the footy in the early 90s, people grumbled about food prices then and I suspect that the food outlets might have been run by volunteers then.

We just took a couple of mum-made sandwiches and a couple of bags of twisties from the supermarket (we used to go for all three games, so a bit of a snack was needed). If it were a treat, Dad might buy us a pie each.
I never had a problem with that as a kid.

Now, when wifey and I go to the footy, we know the prices are huge. If we don't want to pay it, we don't buy it.
Plus, nothing is better than post-victory King Wan, anway.

a bottle of water and pepsi for $9 bloody joke.

I went to maccas afterwards, pigged out and had a large mcchicken burger meal, 10 chicken mcbites and a double cheeseburger for $12

nope felt great was the only meal I had all day haha

When I was younger in my teens and twenties, I used to eat Maccas and KFC all the time. Probably why I am built like the side of a house. But now, can't stomach the stuff. Makes me sick and I am not on any health kick, I still eat too much probably I weigh around 140kg with a six foot four inch frame. Just can't stand the smell anymore of rotten ronnies. I think I would throw up now if I had what you had!

We had lunch in the Club Bistro before the match, it was great. Burger and chips, schooner of beer!
