It shouldn't be that hard should it. The monopoly of ticketing agents needs to burn sooner rather than later. Tech should be able handle all the issues they are facing but time and time again they fail. They don't give a **** about the punter so long as the tickets sell and they make their $7 fee per booking for the right to use their platform. The whole thing is a ****ing rort.
1000% agree
And then they hit you with some other BS fee and credit card fee and sitting in the queue waiting fee and sorry you missed out fee etc etc etc
To the point a $20 ticket becomes $87.56!

Yes but as has been said, there should be systems in place for ticketed members to buy their tickets next to each other. Ticketek are a joke, it's 2022 ffs.

I'm not a fan of non-members piggy backing on the back of ticketed members. That should not be allowed.
With Ticketek all you needed to do was guess the right generic code and you didn't even have to be a member to buy tickets.

I just think ticketed members deserve preferential treatment. If you let them buy extra tickets for friends then that eventually impacts other ticketed members. I don't like that.

Btw I'm not a ticketed member.
I think season seated ticket members SHOULD have been allowed to pay a premium ( finals game ) for their normal seating .
Reply to club , lock them in and the rest of the tickets get released at Ticketec opening time ( but remaining members first )

Sam on Sharkcast said a ticketed member could buy 8 tickets. That's bloody pathetic.
Only an issue this time because we wanted Pointsbet , hasn't been an issue in past when we played at Allianz .

At some venues ticketed members would have been able to select their normal seat ( probably not Ticketex venues ) as it stated on our club's emails that Pointsbet didn't meet requirements to be able to do it .

So as I haven't been to a game since construction started and am driving up for the game. Any hints on parking. I used to park somewhere on Endevour or Resolution Dr and walk the back path. Is that still an option these days? Also thinking parking and a late lunch at RMYC if that is an option and uber from there.

Members should have been given the option to buy their own seats and thats it. Keep it open for 24 hours, and then put them onnsale to the henral public.
That sorts out the 500 or so whove got seats but dont use them.

Ive had seats (x3) on the 30m line since 2016, yet dont feel its fair that GA members were able to purchase my seats b4 me, as well as buy additional seats for non members

Was the email perhaps from Ticketex's Nigerian office ?
Gee I hope not.
There was no sign off from a Nigerian Prince promising me riches and needing my acc details to Transfer the cash!

It only showed 2 sections at the time
ET Upper 4 and 1 concourse cnr block

But everything is gone now

The Prince got busy!
