war cry - great for kids but beyond lame for everyone else... but imagine the near thousand dancers at halftime doing it. Would have. been a good lever. Opportunity lost.

Please don't give them ideas about how to make that cringeworthy thing work.

Good work Sharks how good was the kids dancing at halftime.

knowing the Warriors wasnt going to draw a large crowd.
getting the kids to dance at halftime brought another maybe 2 thousand mums / grandparents dads etc that wouldnt normally attend games.
and sitting the junior dancers on the family hill waving their pompoms gave the hill alot more atmosphere.

But my daughter was unhappy as she is in the senior group now they had to wait at de la salle ground across the road and missed watching the first half.
but she is stoked to get the chance to run out on shark park in front of "a massive crowd" (her words) its her 3rd year now
and cant wait to do it again

Had a meeting last night with club about the shark tank.

Drums are being worked on, so it isn't out to create just noise.

One of the main points is to bring back the atmosphere to the ground.

We spoke about the chants, It was suggested that we look at the old chants that was used in 80/90, however if you have a creativity flair and want to make a chant to use on game day, shot it to me and we can see what I can do.

The scuba guys did an awesome job and will be worked in tank and other areas.

There will be a few initiatives coming along prior to the next home game (members round)

Chants, using the jaws music and getting the crowd involved.

Like most of us here, we all know that the atmosphere on game day has been lagging and needs work. The club is experimenting with several things to improve this. So that the crowd can be heard by players and refs, which can help motive our team on field.

The most atmosphere ive heard this season was the souths game. I think that shows there are bigger issues. I would ditch the chants. They come off so cringe worthy. The drums should be used when we are on attack. Not the whole 20s and firsts like last week.

Also would be nice to play some attacking football to give the crowd something to get excited over. That would eliminate so many issues.

80/90's Chants I believe were just the 'Sharkies.. clap clap clap' & that was pretty much it?. Not sure what the club wants with the chants, but isn't it something The CSSC has been doing for the last 9 years?

If the club is looking to go retro, they should be playing the old "here come the sharks, sharks, we're after you, never can tell what a shark will do" tune and others that used to get spun on a game day.

There's also an old punk song about the sharks that Newman and co. play on the shark cast pod.

Follow the lead of English super league and play the Fratellis - Chelsea Dagger after a try. That always gets the crowd up over there.

All of that is better than flo riders latest crap or other pop **** that they play.

Do the CSSC even chant anymore? They haven't been a presence since all the guys that started it in 06 moved on around 09/10.

Retro wouldn't be half bad as at least we are trying something

Jaws music will be returning.

If you want to put some chants together, shot them through.
what you guys think of the announcer this week

Not sure where to write this but on the sharks website when you press buy your tickets button on a home game, it doesn't take us to a page to buy tickets, it takes us to m.ticketek.com.au which is the home page for Ticketek when on a mobile.

It's been like this for the whole season, i just assumed they would pick it up. Obviously not.

Every other team can get this right, why can't we.

Mate of mine tried to buy tickets to a tigers game of their site last week. Same problem. Its not the sharks fault
