I dont think we need yearly threads anymore. Might as well just have one and be done with it. We’ll keep the rumour mill thread for it’s purpose, this threads more for discussing everything else like matches and stuff.

Everton 1 Man United 2:

Thats the closest we’ve seen to a Ten Hag style performance all year, they’re still miles away but its closer then where they were. 70% possession has been unheard of at United for years.

Do you guys now understand why Ive been banging on about having an actual proper CDM for about 5 years now? Look at the difference it makes. Casimero wasnt perfect, he made a mistake which lead to a goal and some of the passes were off, but he broke up the play all night, took possession off the centre backs and started the movement up the pitch. We havent had someone who can do that for ****ing years. Herrera’s probably the last one we had. That tackle and pass for Ronaldo’s goal was ****ing mint as well.

Martial being injured again is a hammer blow with Ronaldo now our only proper 9. Its still too early for McNeil but Ten Hag might not have a choice now.

Oh and the Rashford handball was bullshit.

Everton have been rock solid defensively this year and been hard to beat, so an away win over them is very decent this year.

a stock standard DM goes a long way in anyteam

you could put the most basic player there and as long as your defensive line is sorted, you are sweet

dont know why united went without one for so long

Because our board and upper management are idiots who only care how many shirts a player sells to boost the Glazer’s dividends. CDM’s arent traditional shirt sellers. Hell even Ole and LVG wanted a CDM and they didnt give them one.

Did you see there is actually a petition out there to deport him from the UK for being an alien for outer space. AND THERE’S ENOUGH SIGNATURES ON IT THAT IT’LL HAVE TO BE DEBATED BY THE HOUSE OF COMMONS! Football fans are nuts and hilarious.

@Sir Chadley Steve Bruce just been given the punt apparently.
Thank goodness. But it was way too late and who knows who is going to be brave enough to take over.

The squad is not all that bad but the club itself is a basket case at the moment. We have an owner who has no interest in football and a CEO who is only interested in lining his own pockets. There is no one at the club with passion or drive to get us back into the EPL.

Let's hope whoever they do choose can at least motivate the players to do the right thing and start winning games.

It would be absolutely devastating for me to have to suit up in League One next season.

Apparently he has an 18 year old cousin that could end up being even better. Has like 40 something goals in 24 games in the Norwegian League.

EDIT: Correction, I looked it up. 37 matches, 64 goals.

Reflective of their fan base?
Not at all mate. We were once known as an attacking football club back in the 70s (ancient history I know) and most of the fans really want that. But for the past decade at least it has been boring, predictable, dross football.

What a goal by Salah, that turn was incredible.

Alisson has been awesome this season, another great assist.

Wasn’t expecting to win either, put a bet on City to win 3-1. Hopefully this kickstarts our season, it should be a confidence booster

Hugo Lloris probably the man of the match this morning. One of the most dominating games by Man United for a while. Lloris was sensational and kept Spurs in it and really United should of had way more then two goals. Also Martinez pocketed Kane, and Carrighar reckons he’s too small 🙄🙄🙄. Maaaaasive result against a team ahead of them on the table. Not perfect, but a very good morning.

Ronaldo looked happy with the result
Ten Hag told the media afterwards that he’ll “deal with that situation tomorrow”. So look for **** to kick off tomorrow. Ronaldo short odds on staying in January.

If you want my view im each way on this, if you want me to elaborate, I can’t be arsed.

Please elaborate

I don’t want to hear about positive Utd things. Only the negative
