I'd post a even bigger picture if I could.

Cam
Whilst i dont see how he fits back into the team when everyone is fully fit with the emergance of Colquhoun, i absolutely love the bloke.
Last of a dying breed, a true warrior who is tough as nails and plays with his heart on his sleeve.
And a phenomenal bloke to top ot all off

I can’t see him in our system anymore unless he wants (and has the ambition to can take up) a coaching role.

I can see him being an asset for a new team like Perth though for a few seasons

Talakai, he epitomises everything that a good club man is about. Very thankful for the opportunity, gives everything on the field , plays wherever asked without complaint, tough as shark skin, and his 'don't argues' with the ball are highlights material.
On a personal level, Ronny is very close to my heart for various reasons.

If I have this right Talakai was technically signed by Newtown from Penrith initially then Sharks offered him a contract under John Morris?

Easily one of our best post Flanno era gets

Those JMO years were tough but helped set up Fitz squad wise. Sifa is a staple of this team

The work Bomber did with our pathways also is still paying dividends, and as head coach he held us at a respectable level despite a reduced cap, which made us attractive enough for Fitz to come.

Surprised he hasn't had more of a look in at other head coaching roles unless he isn't too keen on doing that again.

Agree. JMO holding the place together with duct tape and vibes while bringing through the next generation of talent and still making top 8 with a reduced cap and some utterly temperamental players (Flanno signings) to manage.

Not enough appreciation is given to the job he did for us during a difficult transitional period

If we do win a comp under Fitz I would hope there is some sort of public or even private thanks and acknowledgement given to JMO but I doubt it. I think the club has just moved on and forgotten as have most fans

I feel bad how it ended for him at the Sharks, he loved the players and he loved the club and kinda got thrown under the bus despite his best efforts

Not that it could of ever happened, but in an ideal world JMO would have been great to stick around as Assistant Coach and Head of Pathways.

Didn't he get cut loose by Maguire, maybe Seibold at south's not long before he came to us

JMO wanted to stick around as assistant or some other role IIRC

Bloke was still watching our games and asking how our players are going after he was sacked

no ego, bloke had all the right intentions

kinda heartbreaking but at least he got to find some roles elsewhere and stay in the game

Yea he was at Souths earlier on but didn't come directly to the Sharks from there

How good was his tackle in the Cows final

Pitty we could only do 1, could have easily put 3 in so I just had to who's been my favourite the longest obviously haha.

Sad to admit this but I don’t actually have a favourite player. Haven’t for years now.
