Hopefully club retain him in an off field strength and conditioning role as we want blokes like him around the club mentoring the next generation(s)

That would be good. But he should be ruled out for tackling technique sessions.

I know everyone is disappointed about the news we've heard today regarding both players (Trindall), probably wasn't the best day for Cronulla supporters at all unfortunately especially in the short term. However, imo aswell, we should look at it in the "the long run". Finucane I've heard is going to stay with the club in a coaching & mentoring way which is very positive. We'd have to think Dale would be disappointed with Trindalls news aswell but he'd be there to help Trindall though all this & himself in his future. Finucane as far as I know has never been in trouble outside his NRL career.
