Cronulla overcome St George in the final round of 1988 to clinch the minor premiership, just ahead of Canterbury.

All the action happens in the 'Beer Hill' corner, with Sean Watson scoring two tries, and Gavin Miller being elbowed by a Dragons forward.

In the first try, ET beats one defender, and puts Watson in the clear, for a great run down the sideline, beating four defenders on his way to the tryline.

Michael Speechley sets up the second, dummying and breaking through tackles, before slipping an inside ball to Watson right on the corner post.
