All good mate didn’t want you to miss it
Yeah no problem, it's great to see my recent comments about how Fifita trialled well and should contribute decently to this fixture confirmed by the esteemed Brad Walter.

And at the same time my concerns backed up by the point that our highest paid player needs a specific note in the article about him scraping into an injury riddled team.

I was like 'okay what knobs said this' but actually from Dale I appreciate it

If you didn't watch I'd say main takeaway is right at end of sharks segment (so approx halfway through video) Dale says Fitz was very intimidating in video review session (even though he would have been over zoom).
Love to know what he said about Ramien's **** up.

I watched that interview and from memory Weidler was pushing Dale on the Bellamy comparisons. It's like he already had an article written and just needed to insert a quote or two.

Yes , still nice to hear a dude like Dale reckons the coach has a spray ( intimidation ) in him if required

Isn’t that always the case?
Absolutely. Was just pointing it out because the Bellamy comparison probably wouldn't have been volunteered by Dale otherwise.

Suddenly instead of it being 'Danny Weidler thinks Fitzgibbon is the next Bellamy' it is 'Dale Finucane thinks Fitzgibbon is the next Bellamy'.

And TBH. I’m more than happy if that is the scenario and he is a long term Sharks coach!

Watching the press conference, I got the feel that Fitz isn't into analysing stats etc during the game. His comments were around the feeling he got watching. Nice for a change.

Already can tell the impact fitzy has had, smart recruitment and lifted our defensive levels tenfold

Both games this year we have had the opposition controlling the ball with high percentage levels which in recent years would always result in a blow out to teams like the raiders and eels

Our ball control is still a problem but given the changes our attack isn't that bad and will only improve with time

Vastly improved side compared to recent years currently

It’s a bit of a media beat up this whole thing. It’s not as bad as the way it is being portrayed. We haven’t sacked Morris, we just haven’t extended him. The board have every right to assess all options for next season and that’s what they have done.

You could argue Morris has been hard done by, however we don’t see everything the board probably see. They are doing what they think will set us up for sustained success and aiming high, nothing wrong with that.
Hey tiger
