The lack of testing facilities being open and having RAT kits is ridiculous. People are getting tested with no symptoms as opposed to those who have them.

I’ve just tried about 8 chemists in our area for RAT tests and I get the same answer. Had 300 at 7.30am and they were all gone by 8am.

I’m doing this because my wife woke up on Boxing Day with a sore throat and the next day she had a blocked nose and aches and pains. Could not get to a testing site but luckily a friend had a spare RAT test and it was negative.

But we really want to make sure but still can’t get into a testing clinic and RATs are non existent.

The government have been so short sighted about this, it’s like they’ve thrown their arms in the air and declared us Covid free.
Mrs managed to order some online pretty easy. Not sure how long delivery is, but at least we'll have them here.

Fantastic news for those of us with compromised immune systems and other underlying illnesses.

Onnicron is supposedly like catching a cold. Even people with compromised immune systems can't hide from colds forever.

Definitely seems like the version to catch of what has been seen so far
Managing to hold it at bay until now and get heaps vaxed will have all the idiots saying everything has been an overreaction (even more)

**** me.

Missus hasn't seen her mum in over 2 years, she lives in Tassie.

I've been working 10 HR days, 6-7 days a week for 2 years testing covids.

Finally get her and the kids on a flight, I can't get time off.

First we had to have a negative test to get her down there. No worries.

NSW than bans swabs for travel, unless they private testing.

Then we had to get a negative test with 72hrs of travel, she's leaving on 2nd Jan, so I pulled a few strings and now have her and the kids swabs at Westmead, despite the travel/test ban.

Got a text at 8pm tonight from Tas Gov saying PCR testing now needs to be within 24hrs of departure, or a RAT test.

24hrs result is impossible atm, so I called every chemist from Wagga to Canberra to Sydney. No one could help us.

Saw Coles was selling them, sent the missus down, got the last box.

Un-fucking believable.

So heads up, Coles sell them, and we've had a tip off that, if all places, so does 7/11

Now, which part do I piss on?

I'm pretty sure that the RAT test for travel is an honesty thing.

Yeh I dunno how it works. Do you do it in front of them, do you do it before and take a pic of yourself with it and that days newspaper? It's a clusterfuck
