according to article with title the same as this thread states, that issac gordan, john williams, josh cordoba and jon green are all on the look for new clubs next year.
would guys like to see us keep any of theses players and why?
to me it all comes down to how much room we have to move under the cap, if releasing these players means we can sign one more player that will improve our team. i am all for it. if however we release jermey smith to necastle and are unlikely to sign anyone else and we still have a little bit of room.
they may be worth keeping as depth.

Williams and Cordoba are retiring.

I'd punt Gordon.

Green is handy for depth but has had limited opportunity so I can see why he'd want to leave, given he was getting a regularl run in first grade at StMerge.

Josh Cordoba is retiring due too a chronic injury i believe,
John Williams could probably find another club but has chosen too retire
I Gordon i don't care hopefully prison!!!
J Green will probably get better oportunities elsewhere anyways, he would be a fair way down the pecking order here.

I would like to see us keep Green but can't blame him for leaving.

None of those guys will be missed.

We're better than that now.

I reckon someone will pick up Ike and probably Green.

As for the other 2 - retirement is the right option.

It's nothing to do with the cap. The club has rightly so chosen not to re-sign Cordoba, Williams and Gordon because they are not first graders and their spots in the top squad have been taken by Wright and Ryan and another forward to be confirmed. If williams could get another another contract he wouldn't be retiring. Green is still under contract. Hope he stays for depth.

Id like to keep Ike Gordon

Keep him chained to your bed.

Seriously, Green is the only 1 worth keeping, Gordon when on song is pretty good, but he has had way too many bad games for us, and ALOT of costly errors.
