Halfback who peaked at mediocre and has had a **** season going **** for **** team is not a news story I think we need a week by week update on for the rest of this season and through next year egg

Not sure why you would hope he has a dreadful year next year. He was a passionate sharks player and one of our premiership winners. What’s the harm in hoping he goes decent (as long as cowboys don’t do better than us which they really shouldn’t)?
Didn’t even leave on bad terms, we were happy to see him go, what’s the need to hope he goes badly for?

Did you actually even watch the game? They were leading until he had to go off injured, an injury he has had since basically his first touch of the ball with them. And yes their forward pack is decent but their backs are pretty mediocre especially since RTS left (although they’ve won three games since then so maybe HE was their problem?)

Harsh considering the Warriors were up when he left the field.

Not trying to defend him but TBF to Chad, the only game he played 80 mins where they had a chance was the Dragons game (which he made some interesting decisions in which turned momentum against his side).
The others games against 2 of the top 3 teams Rabbits, Panthers, a reformed Broncos outfit and came off when leading against the Raiders.

chad with a whopping 0 tries, 0 try assists, 0 line breaks, 0 line break assists - yeh no, he did **** all mate

You’re either taking the piss or you have NFI how Rugby League works. Possibly both.

Got his team up 16-0 and then got injured. AFB and Curran also went off injured around the same time. Turned the game.

Forget the forward pack. Warriors win that game easily if they have a competent fullback. Reece Walsh may be an exciting player when he’s taking on the line, but fmd the rest of his game is a long way from first grade standard.

Gotta say I thought he was very sound & doing exactly what the Warriors recruited him for till he went off, gotta say I haven’t watched a lot of him until last nights game, he was playing tough, his shoulder us stuffed, hell, he almost even kicked a 40/20, got the distance & then some but kicked it 2-3m over the 40 line, I didn’t think Chad had the length in his kicks? I’m almost positive he’s never kicked one.

I like the dude and think he gets a bad wrap, but I hope he has 3 average years. One less team for us to compete with!

If cowboys do well it won’t be because it’s Chad carrying them, not much point hoping he fails.
Happy for him to go okay and let their overall **** team keep them from troubling teams like us in the top 4

Oh yeah, ideal situation is cows flounder and Chad plays lights out. I think he is a stand up dude.

Like most halfback (and definitely Chad) he will struggle in a struggling team though.
And will cop extra flack for it given his unreasonably big contract.
At the moment three of their biggest contracts are shaping up to be a disaster for them (JT Val and Chad). If they can figure out how to get the best out of the other two Chad will likely look okay

Yeah it's not promising up there. Would have loved Val back at the start of this year, not so much now WK has come along. Would be happy to take JT off their hands though to help them out.

Depends how you count them. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen him kick one where it was going out but the opposition fullback tried unsuccessfully to dive and tap it back in. That’s not a 40-20 on the stat sheet because the player touched it, but still a great kick.

His first game for the Warriors he put in some fantastic long kicks early, but couldn’t kick at all by the end of the game because his shoulder was so bad.

FFS, he's moved on and is now yesterday's whipping boy. Get over it !

Like a bunch of bitter mother in laws… seriously build ya bridge, gone from embarrassing to just plan sad.

Cronulla, Warriors, Cowboys ... no matter where Chad goes he's always got a place to stay rent free in their heads. Very spacious digs too I think.
