Looking forward to seeing him go again next year. Would like him to start at 9 though but don’t see it happening.

No reason why he couldn’t play the first 20 minutes there - it’s hard for the #9 to play the full 80 with all the tackling required..
Yep, it’s not like we’re wasting a bench spot for nothing neither

He is what he is. I reckon that's about the 10th one he's come up 1 inch or a bobble from scoring for us. A more composed PTB with 24s before HT 3m out would be great but again, he is what he is.

Need to use that redlining run more, make him a little more space. Turn him under a bit. Outside inside ball round the middle.

Yeah I definitely think he needs to do less one out hitups.

Tip on to a prop, take a tip on, running on the outside or inside of a half.

He’s too small to just one out straight into two opposition middles

The bloke works hard - just look at his run metres and tackle stats

but those errors need to go away. he's not a flashy player or much of a creator in our team so if you have a relatively straightforward job to do you really need to nail the basics. Having said that there is a bit of spark and energy about him when is on the field

This guy gives me 2013/14 Gal vibes. Tries really hard but overplays his hand by making dumb errors too regularly

Most disapointing aspect of his game this season has been his lateral defence. For a smaller bloke used to defending at hooker he has been poor in the middle. A few half breaks against him early in defensive sets and goal line he can be bamboozled when he has to move lateraly and make a decision. We tend to look our worst defensively in phases when he, Finucane and Brailey are on at the same time.

Couldn't understand the carry on from the commentators regarding the try. 100% had eyes only for the footy, no way that's a penalty.
No doubt he had eyes for the ball but He ran two meters past it…about time an iffy one went our way.
