Interesting they say he plays 1 of the line ups I noticed it was always at 6 but he does move well.

Very good boot on him too.

Assume he’ll play Flegg next year
 
Haven’t really seen White play but I know we signed him from NZ last year till 2027 so they probably think highly of him.

He’s a big body too. Size of Hass approx

Either could happen - or neither. Simmonds played a fair bit of hooker last year. Cacciotti playing 80 is also an option, but most weeks he spends some time at lock.

Definitely Grantham's first Flegg game.

I am a fan of this selection...

Callum Grantham to me looks like a player without a position at the moment. When he is running the ball he is possibly one of the most dangerous players in the competition, but he doesn't really have the skills of a half or the hands of fullback. I can see why they wanted to try to develop him in a key position in u19's, but the next step for him this season is Flegg or Harrigan Cup and I don't think he's ready to play in the halves at either level. He's such a talented athlete though. They just need to figure out the best fit. I think the best path for him might be go up to Flegg and play right centre (assuming Williams goes up to Cup eventually). The club obviously loves this kid. He's signed for two more years and he was the captain once Dellow went up to Flegg. They'll work it out.

got a double at fb today in flegg, and also took on the goal kicking. it was against the silktails, but still a game il go back and watch. keen on seeing how watman, jackson kite and grantham went

A few regulars sat out. Probably just giving some squad players a run against the bottom team. Great start but a pretty sloppy game from the Sharks after Cacciotti's try in the 22nd minute.

Grantham was solid. Some nice touches. Got a try and had a hand in one for Gray. Nailed a couple of conversions from the sideline in the first half but the radar was off in the second. Wasn't really tested at the back but was safe when he needed to be.

Lester could be injured. Was playing for the Pirates/Flegg in May and was 18th man for Flegg on 13 June but hasn't played for a while now.

Was actually only one. I saw they had him for two on the scoresheet originally but they have fixed it now.
