Any fringe NRL player should be having a very serious look at going sober and cleaning up their diet.
Been enough examples over the years of fringe guys going up a level and crediting diet and habits, and guys like Cam Munster saying the improvement they are seeing in themselves after going sober.
You'd think it was worth considering if you were serious about trying to get to the next level.

A lot of guys get to the level they are without a lot of sacrifice though too, so it seems like the rewards should keep coming without it.

Much easier said than done when talking about young blokes of course, but the NRL is a hell of a carrot.
Not bad advice for any fringe posters on SF either

Munster was good before he got sober too
Yeah - 2020 state of origin he was a beast. He didn't need to play better. He just needed to clean up his image after some people misunderstood how hard it is to open a packet of Wizz Fizz without spilling some on the table.

Just being conservative with his treats

Thought he went back to a few bad habits yesterday, namely taking the line on a little too much.

I feel like we are a much more balanced team with Tricky and Hynes.. a future spine of Dykes,Hynes,Tricky and Brailey is killer

We don’t see Hynes running ragged and doing stupid plays - with Trindall he can pick his moments and not worry about 5th.. it’s only Trindalls second game in the halves this year he’s going to get better along with Dykes

Not disagreeing, just commenting on his game on Saturday.

Yeah - he is one of the best back up halves - he needs to get every ounce out of himself to go to the next level ..

Dolphins are trying to get him for next year.

Was always going to happen. Been playing well and now with Moylan coming back and Dykes in the picture, would be smart to consider all options.

Would be ashame to see him going. Better investment on Trindall on the long term than Moylan on the short.
