Sims on 650k if you could pry him out with them still picking up around 150 you’d be laughing and you’d think we’d be an attractive option, probably wouldn’t have to move and some origin mates including coach

Scratch that he’s got a soft face

Forward pack is definitely soft this season and the additional of Wade Graham does not help.

Sims though is already going missing in most matches. He is going to be another year older……..not the solution for mine especially at such a large price tag.

If he played every week like he does in rep games, he would be an absolute bargain but he doesn’t. Surely if he was still playing well at st George they wouldnt be letting him go.

We need to be looking elsewhere. Still have massive overs contracts too clear out, don’t need to add another.

You make fair points. Id have him, but I don't want to pay 600k+ for him at 32/33 or older.

Too right, my thoughts Exactly. He is NOT consistent. We need players now with their best form in front of them, not behind them. Young Front rower and Centre.

Good player but would want top tier money after playing Origin this year

Not sure we a) can afford it or b) want another big money forward contract

sims is a no brainer, gotta be all in

get luke thompson as well

the less of our forwards from this year that dont play next year, the better

I agree About Woods & Tolman

I’m ok with the rest for now, but we need some serious mongrel up front, Napa, Sims & Thompson I’d be happy with 2 from 3 of those

I would be ok for both, but I don't think we need Thompson We do have some good forwards, but we have been lacking a couple marquee guys with experience.

I can see the appeal.

My concern is that the best positions for these players is 11 , 12 and 13 .

Dale is a 13/ 10 and Cam is a 13/9 .

I would be looking at more of a genuine prop like JWH or SST ….

Rudolf, BHU and Williams all deserve to be part of the team though.

Just putting it out there.

All our forwards are bench players - Nikora,Williams,Rudolph,Wilton,Talakai.

I can’t see any of them being genuine starting NRL players tbh apart from BHU maybe who’s shown he can handle starting at a decent level
