Exactly. This kind of stuff could end up destroying a premiership campaign.

I agree with you mate, the refereeing is terrible - they have no feel for the game. But what Fifita did was utterly stupid and while it seems ridiculous he'll get the same as Tapau did I do think he deserves to miss a week for doing that.
One game for that I think is fair but they got the Tapau incident totally wrong - that should have been 5 or 6 weeks.

Yes it was stupid but there is no way it's worthy of a suspension. 10 in the bin was more than sufficient. Should have thrown a punch, that only gets a week as well.

I see where you are coming from mate, but for me just the sheer stupidity gets a week for me. Had he not run all that way and had been where the actual incident happened then I think the sin bin was enough punishment.
But they are cracking down on blokes running in (except for Third man in Thaiday of course!
) so I can see why he will be charged.Too many people are being turned away from the game all because of the refereeing. As I mentioned in the Origin thread, I cannot understand why Greenberg can't see the problems we all can see and set about fixing it. First step is either to get rid of Archer or tell him how it should be done.

Yeah. I don't think it deserved a week. I do think he deserves holiday by the beach for riling up some hysterical Queenslanders though.
