I love Fifita but the hard work was done before he got on. There were tell tale signs our forwards had them tossed before we scored a point. That battle is more important in the finals when everyone is up for it and our starting 6 did a great job.

Look I am not denying he is a game breaker and can do some wonderful shyte every now and then. The frustrating thing about him is all his faults, every single one of them, can be quite easily fixed. Yet week after week he trundles out with the same rubbish. Even more infuriating is the dumb grin on his face every time he does it. Sorry big fella, but no one else is laughing.

Costs us a hell of a lot of penalties and turns the ball over constantly. The annoying part is that this crap should have been put to bed early in the season and it clearly hasn't.

I'll be ropable if this idiocy costs us a shot at a GF

With any luck, the last game will be a bit of a wake up call for him to cut out the stupid stuff and be a front rower. Gallen got a rev up last week and played great yesterday. Not sure if Fifata is smart enough though...

yep, he needs to pick his moments to milk a penalty.

a) he is known for milking, and **** play the balls, he doesnt get much love in the ruck from the refs, and i guess rightly so. He is pretty bad
b) his body is that big, that when he flops to the ground or whatever it looks awkward and deliberate.

A fast play the ball is always great, but you have to be able to execute it

It's always nice to get quick play the balls, but after some of his bigger, tackle-busting runs he doesn't need to be that urgent to play it. The players he's busted are still struggling to get in line, so he can afford to take a little more time.

At least we don't give up the advantage he's gained...

exactly, but he has to be able to execute the quick play the ball if he goes for it. It will always get pulled up if you fumble it, especially when there is no markers etc. Its just about being smart.

thats awareness on his behalf

he needs to realise that he has left three people behind so it will be equivalent of a quick play the ball anyway

Was a bit unlucky to have been ruled to lose the ball in the ruck one time there. Replay clearly shows the Souths player on the ground plays at the ball whilst Fifita tries to play it.

I just wish he'd do what most players do and step to the side or over them.

Seeing as no one ever gets penalised for walking off the mark anymore and the rule has gone entirely by the wayside, would be faster and less likely to **** up.

He has a target on him for milking penalties and isn't going to get much kudos.

So does he start this week or leave things as they are ?

good question.

imo, he has to start.

the cowboys pack is very big and strong. tamou, scott and taumoLOLo can be matched by taga, feefs and gal.
i think we need him on to take the opening punishment then bring on the forwards with footwork like bukuya heino and toops.
