Yeah at least it would mean we're almost guaranteed of him being present and healthy for the finals.

Less chance of picking up injuries and suspensions during training ... although anything's possible ;)

http://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/and...- Buzz: Fifita fine, suspension is right call

Got to love his line "the sharks are finally making a strong statement". I thought we were always the leaders in disciplining players.

I just posted this comment under the story:

Can you please stop referring to the referee as a junior referee - he was 24 years old and a police officer!

It's a harsh suspension but probably will satisfy everyone so I'm happy if we can all move on now and get on with the football.

I've said it to death on other social media - why they have given this more airtime that the story on Shaun Kenny-Dowall is hard to fathom. Here is a player under the cloud of much more serious charges and he gets sympathy and support from the media.

I am not saying what Andrew did is not right, of course it isn't but I don't believe the punishment has fit the crime and I do not understand why SKD has not come under the same scrutiny. It will be interesting to see what the NRL or the Roosters do if he is found guilty.

David Klemmer gets 3 weeks for contrary conduct for verbally referee Sutton seen by millions of kids on TV and Andrew Fifita gets 6 weeks from our own board for abuse at an A grade match in front of couple of dozen spectators is a joke. 3 weeks and fine would have been more realistic.

Won't matter what anyone says on radio or types in any form of social media.

Won't ever change the message media wants to push :)

Pissing in the wind.

Only good if you want to vent and abuse some random. Maybe we should ban Fifita from SM....

This penalty should now be the yardstick for all poor behaviour by NRL players. Bet it's not though!

Good stuff mate. Though it'll probably just be lost amongst the usual dribble of kick the sharks out type comments
